Our mild, al dente Atlantic Kitchen Sea Spaghetti has the perfect texture and taste to compliment any traditional pasta dish. The umami flavour matches perfectly with the smoked trout, transporting your dinner table to the seaside. Oh and did we mention you'll get a boost of vitamin C, fibre, potassium and protein from the superfood?! Pure Goodness.
- 2 Fillets smoked trout
- Handful of peas
- 4 Tbsp creme fraiche
- 200gr Linguini
- 50g Atlantic Kitchen Sea Spaghetti
- 5 Tbsp pesto
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- Toasted flaked almonds to garnish
Cook linguini according to packet instructions.
Rinse Sea Spaghetti and bring to boil in a separate pan of unsalted water (about 15mins).
Bring a small pan of water to the boil and add in peas. Boil for a few mins.
Once seaweed and pasta are cooked, coat thoroughly in the pesto and add cooked peas. Top with creme fraiche, lemon zest, trout and flaked almonds.
