This Asian inspired lemon grass and ginger Sea Spaghetti recipe has a bit of a long ingredient list but it's SO easy to make, just blitz everything up and you're done!
Ingredients:
- Atlantic Kitchen Sea Spaghetti
- 3/4 cup dark oy sauce
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 stick lemon grass (crushed)
- 1 tsp Chinese five spice
- 2 tbsp sherry
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1" finely grated ginger
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp golden/ brown sugar
- 1tsp fish sauce
- 3/4 cup cold tea
- Salt and pepper
- Chilli flakes if you like a bit of spice
Method:
1. Add all the ingredients together in a bowl - make sure to crush the lemongrass stick to allow the scent and aroma to release into the marinade
2. Season with salt and pepper
3. Cook Sea Spaghetti and pour marinate over
