Dulse seaweed seasoning
- enough for 4 steaks
- Toasted Dulse seaweed is surprisingly good with meat flavours due to its' natural smokiness.
- 25g Dulse
- Black and white pepper
- Toast Dulse in a hot pan for a few seconds until it turns green (don't let it overcook)
- Transfer ground Dulse to pestle and mortar together with freshly ground black and white pepper and paprika
- Just before cooking sprinkle onto a plate and press your steak or tofu into the seasoning. Then fry or grill as rare or well done as you like
